(CBS 42) BUDA Four high school students in Hays County are facing criminal charges for reportedly making bombs, and Hays County Sheriffs said they expect to file charges Wednesday.
Police have found bomb making materials, and what they're calling several incendiary devices, at the boys' homes.
The four suspects all went to Hays High School, the oldest is the 18-year-old son of a deputy sheriff. Authorities insist they have no reason to believe there was ever a threat to Hays High School or to its students.
